Jeff is a technology executive with 25 years experience in the data collection and analysis field. Although he’s been commuting along the Red Line for years, he just joined the RLPI in 2024. But Jeff has been working for years to support active transportation and to help create more unique, magic places in our communities.

Larry Graham
Vice President
Larry Graham is currently the Manager of Local Government Relations for Texas Gas Service, natural gas utility in Austin. Larry is responsible for local government relations, including serving as the liaison to the City of Austin for a variety of regulatory matters. Previously Larry worked at the Texas Legislature for five years. Prior to moving to Austin in 1993, Larry worked for several non-profit organizations in Washington, D.C. and elsewhere.
Larry lives in Austin with his wife Andrea. Andrea is a registered nurse and works at Dell Children’s Hospital. Larry and Andrea have three adult daughters. Currently, Larry serves on the board of Austin Habitat for Humanity and Interfaith Austin (iACT).

Brie Winnega Reamer

Dr. Brie Winnega Reamer is a writer and nonprofit professional. She is Founder and Director of New Leaf Collective, a collaborative and multidisciplinary consultancy that helps nonprofits and small businesses grow. Brie holds a PhD and MA in English from UT Austin and BA in English from University of Michigan. She is an avid reader, an amateur woodworker, and lives in Austin with her spouse, Alex, and two dogs, Bruno and Maggie.

Todd Hemingson

Todd Hemingson is a native Austinite, urban planner and avid cyclist whose professional passion is connecting transportation and land use to help create more livable communities. Todd works as a Senior Transit Consultant at HDR providing mobility planning services for clients across the country, following a long public sector career including work at a state DOT, MPO, and three transit agencies, including at CapMetro where he helped develop the Red Line passenger rail service.

Chris Maldonado
Chris is a Sr. Account Executive for NRI-North America and has over 25 years of experience in the IT consulting and sales industry. Chris is a fitness enthusiast and ardent road cyclist. He was former president of the Major Taylor Cycling Club of Austin. Chris is also an Advisory Board Member for the Wilco Omega Scholarship Foundation. Chris is most excited by RLPI to promote a safe haven for transit and recreational activities for local citizens.

Reagen Ward
Reagen is Director of Cloud Operations at SpyCloud and has called Austin home for over twenty years. Alongside his Sonic Guild Advisory Board service, he's passionate about safe bike and pedestrian routes to work, to school, and for leisure, and his favorite stretch of the Parkway is the Boggy Creek Greenbelt. He lives in Cherrywood with his wife, Autumn.

Ashika Ganguly
Ashika Ganguly is a dedicated public policy leader committed to creating a more successful Austin. Born and raised in Austin, Ashika began her career as an elementary STEM teacher in Austin ISD, where she saw firsthand how policy decisions impact children and families across our city. This experience led her to pursue a Master’s in policy from UT Austin and begin a career in policy and advocacy. Ashika has since worked in policy research, student affairs at UT Austin, in the Texas House of Representatives and ran for Austin City Council in 2024. Currently, Ashika serves as the Executive Director of Transit Forward, leading efforts to improve public transit access and infrastructure for all Austinites. Ashika is actively involved in other civic organizations such as the Austin Chamber, the Pink Granite Foundation, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Caritas of Austin. In her free time, Ashika can be found at a local workout class or walking the Town Lake Trail with her dog Rani.

Katie Kalkanger
Katie Kalkanger is a PNW native who moved to Austin in 2017. As an avid Red Line Parkway user, you can see her running, biking or walking her chiweenie. Professionally, Katie works in Product Marketing for a Fintech startup after a five-year tenure at LinkedIn. Katie volunteers with the Austin Animal Shelter and Travis County Audubon Society, working to make Austin a more livable city for every species of resident.

Alex Radtke
Alex Radtke serves as the Director of Real Estate at Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County where she works on affordable housing development through public-private partnerships. She is a native Austinite with a background in urban planning and lives near the Red Line. She is excited to support implementation of the parkway which she believes will be an incredible community asset for our city.

Jenn Golech
Jenn is a transit industry leader with over 25 years of experience delivering multimodal transportation solutions, with the majority of her career focused on transit planning, operations, and capital delivery. Her expertise spans bus and rail systems, supported by experience coordinating across broader mobility networks to improve overall connectivity and access. Prior to joining Kimley-Horn, Jenn held senior leadership roles at both the City of Austin and Capital Metro, where she helped advance major mobility initiatives including Project Connect. She co-launched the City’s Project Connect Office, leading technical coordination for light rail, bus rapid transit, and commuter rail investments and supporting federal environmental review and agency coordination. At CapMetro, she served for over 14 years in progressive roles, ultimately leading bus operations and service delivery for a $250 million system. At Kimley-Horn, Jenn works with clients both across Central Texas and nationally to advance transit and multimodal programs. Her work includes system planning, operations improvement, organizational development, and implementation of major capital investments, as well as transit and shuttle planning for large-scale events. She brings a practical, implementation-focused perspective, with experience supporting connections between transit and other modes where it strengthens system performance and user experience. Jenn serves as a board member for the Red Line Trail Parkway Initiative and is passionate about advancing transportation systems that are safe, sustainable, and seamlessly connected for all users.

Maggie Swerdloff
Dr. Maggie Swerdloff is a scientist and engineer, originally hailing from South Florida. Maggie works in the field of prosthetic devices and partners with top researchers to make bionic devices smarter and more intuitive. Maggie holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and BA in Chemistry from New College of Florida. When she’s not transiting along the Red Line, she likes to bike along Lady Bird Lake, and enjoys sailing, ceramics, aerial silks, and strumming on her ukulele.

Melinda Taylor
Melinda Taylor is an Austin resident who lives near the Red Line corridor and has seen firsthand how trail connections can enhance mobility, recreation, and community life. She enjoys biking Austin's trail network and has experienced both the benefits and challenges of navigating the city's existing system. The recent expansion of the trail through her neighborhood reinforced her belief that safe, connected transportation options help residents access parks, businesses, transit, and other destinations while strengthening the fabric of the city. Professionally, Melinda holds a Ph.D. in psychometrics and works in educational assessment, where she helps state education agencies and assessment organizations solve complex challenges through strategic planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. She is excited about the opportunity to support the Red Line Parkway Initiative's vision of creating a continuous greenway that connects Austin neighborhoods and expands access to safe, alternative transportation options for residents and visitors alike.

Lawrence Nourzad
Lawrence is a native Austinite leading business development for Pape-Dawson, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. An avid runner and Red Line commuter, Lawrence is thrilled by the urban mobility magic and sense of city pride that RLPI will deliver for his beloved hometown.

Nina Ndichu
Nina is an experienced professional with a unique background spanning twenty years in the built environment. Her diverse expertise includes design & development architecture, landscape design, urban design, and environmental building science. Trained both internationally and in the United States, Nina possesses a global perspective and a comprehensive approach to design challenges. Her advanced studies reflect a deep commitment to urban systems, sustainable design, and community development, with a focus on creating resilient and inclusive environments. As a planning and design professional, Nina is passionate about creating equitable and sustainable communities. She leads innovative planning initiatives that promote inclusive growth and environmental stewardship, blending strategy and creativity to transform visionary concepts into impactful solutions that enhance quality of life for communities. A strong advocate for health, wellness, and mental well-being, Nina enjoys starting her day with a workout and prioritizes staying active through hiking, swimming, cycling, and exploring new destinations. In her downtime, Nina loves reading and discovering new perspectives, whether through books or travel experiences.

Hilary Marchbanks
Hilary Marchbanks is senior pastor at Saint John's United Methodist Church. She is currently researching public spaces in Austin through a doctoral program at Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Saint John's has a cycling group, the Saint John's Pedalers, who ride bikes together for fun and raise money for charity. Hilary is a North Austin Red Line commuter and a frequent of the Red Line Parkway. Before pastoral ministry, she was in marketing and public relations. She is most excited to promote public space and mobility in Austin with RLPI.

Scott Gross
Scott is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and new urbanist (CNU-A) with 20 years of diverse experience spanning water resources, transportation/transit, and urban planning, across roles in consulting and government. He led the design team and provided construction support for the original Red Line commuter rail service. More recently, he was a small business owner of a custom design and manufacturing firm. Scott is an avid mountain biker who loves to 'ride to the ride', and a passionate advocate for infrastructure that supports active communities.

Wilson Ramirez
Wilson Ramirez is the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator at the Downtown Austin Alliance, where he supports Board and committee operations, stakeholder communications, executive outreach, external relations, and advocacy efforts impacting downtown Austin. His background includes experience in local and state government affairs, higher education, and community based policy work. He also serves on the Austin PBS Community Advisory Board and the City of Austin Commission on Immigrant Affairs. Wilson moved to Austin in 2021 to attend St. Edward’s University, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Affairs and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management. His public service work is rooted in expanding civic access, supporting immigrant and underrepresented communities, and helping build a more equitable Austin through connected neighborhoods, accessible public spaces, green infrastructure, and reliable public transit.

Tom is co-founder of RLPI, and is a longtime Austin-area trails, walking, and bicycling advocate. He also serves on the boards of Austin Outside and Safe Streets Austin, and was Bike Austin Executive Director from 2009-2014.
